What kind of shipping do we use?
We use air freight as well as shipping by ocean cargo carriers. By sea shipments take longer, but the costs are cheaper.
How long does it take to ship the products to my office?
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery by sea or much sooner by air freight.
How do I return something to SUNWAIN?
We don't accept returns on prescription items, because it's illegal for us to reuse or resell them. If your prescription order was damaged in shipping or if the incorrect item was shipped, please e-mail us immediately at info@sunwain.com . Please include your order tracking number in your e-mail so that we may assist you more quickly.
